There are certain precautionary measures that we should take while cooking at kitchens so that we may reduce the no. of diseases caused by unhygienic food. • Wash your hands: Wash your hands before handling food and after handling meat or poultry. Does Exercise reduces weight?

There are many assumptions and opinions about 'exercise'- if it's necessary or not? or does it helps in reducing weight or not? After studying, and consulting many dietitians and nutrionist (practicing + studying) we came to a conclusion that exercise doesn't directly reduces weight. Weight is reduced by balancing your diet and exercise only aids in reducing your weight. Their is no fixed time for workout, but if you wake up early then that is the best time. Otherwise, you can do it in whole day, whenever you get time. Now, the question that many people ask and arises is that when exercise should be done? as in when you're empty stomach or you've eaten something? Exercising right after a meal is a big NO NO . Also, it is not advisable to do it with empty stomach. So make sure your stomach is neither empty nor full but just a small snack meal should have been taken.
