Does Exercise reduces weight?
There are many assumptions and opinions about 'exercise'- if it's necessary or not? or does it helps in reducing weight or not? After studying, and consulting many dietitians and nutrionist (practicing + studying) we came to a conclusion that exercise doesn't directly reduces weight. Weight is reduced by balancing your diet and exercise only aids in reducing your weight.
Their is no fixed time for workout, but if you wake up early then that is the best time. Otherwise, you can do it in whole day, whenever you get time. Now, the question that many people ask and arises is that when exercise should be done? as in when you're empty stomach or you've eaten something?
Exercising right after a meal is a big NO NO . Also, it is not advisable to do it with empty stomach. So make sure your stomach is neither empty nor full but just a small snack meal should have been taken.
Another question that is frequently asked is that how long a person should exercise? A person should start his workout routine at a very small level - it shouldn't be tough or it should not cause muscle fatigue. A common problem is when a person is fully motivated and starts exercising for hours the first days and then lays down for rest in upcoming days. *laughs* So, not repeating that mistake, you should start doing exercise for only few minutes and then gradually increasing the time limit.
Exercising regularly is very necessary. you muscles get sufficient oxygen supply. The nutrients that are stored in body, gets utilised. Your need for nutrients , outside the body gets reduced and you feel active because all your body cells start working properly. The metabolism gets faster. Toxins are released along with other waste products from the body.
One of the best advantages of exercise is that it increases your thirst. so you drink more water and water has numerous benefits which is another whole debate. Remember, exercising will only help if you have a balanced diet with proper servings and with a well division of meals. So, improve your diet, and then go for exercising.
